1. What can I do with the coins/points I earn?
Fans can redeem the points/coins they have earned from completing challenges for exclusive content and rewards.

2. Can I complete a challenge more than once?

Some challenges allow for multiple completions while other challenges can be completed only once.

3. How do I change my password?

A user can reset their password at any time by going to the My Profile section of the Community and selecting the Edit Profile button.

4. How do subscriptions work and what are my options?

• Monthly: Unlimited access to VIP Content for $2.99 per month.
• Yearly: Unlimited access to VIP Content for $29.99 per year.

Please note: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your iTunes or Google Play account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price point listed above. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewals may be turned off by going to the user's iTunes Account Settings anytime after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
